Ingredients

1 1/2 Cup Whole Milk

1/2 cUP Dark Chocolate

2 Tablespoons Sugar

2 Tablespoons Cocoa Unsweetened

1 Teaspoon Corn Starch
Directions
In a small bowl whiskey milk and cornstarch until smooth set aside. While in another medium bowl you can Sift the cocoa then add the sugar and whiskey together, set aside. Then heat the milk and before it boils reduce heat to low, start adding the milk/cornstarch mixture then add the cocoa mixture slowly while continually whisking until smooth. Then add the chocolate pieces and whiskey continuously for approximately 3 minutes.

In a small/medium pot heat milk until boiling, start whisking and add the milk/cornstarch mixture then add the cocoa mixture slowly while continually whisking until smooth add the chopped chocolate and whisk for approximately 3 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy! |
