The best part about these homemade hamburger patties is that they are freezer friendly. I usually keep at least 4 in my freezer at all times. After forming the patties, I wrap them individually in saran wrap and store them in a freezer bag. hot, juicy and full of flavor.I thought it would be fun to do this super easy little tutorial and show you just how I go about making homemade hamburger patties and how to freeze for later!

In a large bowl, add beef, onion, parsley, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well to thoroughly distribute flavors. |

Divide the meat 8 patties and place on plate, using two finger gently press the center down slightly. This ensures that the burgers don't shrink to much. Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides. |

If eating right away, allow the flavors to blend by letting patties rest in the fridge for minimum 1 hour. |

To freeze: wrap individual patties in Saran Wrap. Place wrapped patties in a large freezer Ziplock. Store for up to 3 months. |

Heat grill or skillet to high. Cook patties 2-3 minutes per side (if you make them thicker, you'll need to cook them longer) |

Serve on grilled hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese and onions. Pickles if you must. |
